12Testers is an independent service that assists developers in organizing closed testing participants for Google Play Console. We provide a list of real testers’ email addresses which clients may add to their closed testing program in Google Play Console to meet the technical requirements of the closed testing phase.
We do not sell Google Play accounts, provide Google Play approvals, or guarantee any specific outcomes related to Google Play’s approval process.
2. Independence from Google LLC
12Testers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC, Google Play, or any related Google entity. All references to Google Play are for descriptive purposes only.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that their applications comply with Google Play’s policies, guidelines, and regulations.
Clients are responsible for correctly adding the testers’ emails to their Google Play Console.
Clients acknowledge that successful testing does not guarantee app approval on Google Play.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be offered only if the service fails due to a technical issue on our side (such as failure to deliver tester emails or start the testing period).
No refunds will be issued for Google Play policy violations, application errors, incorrect test submissions, or developer mistakes.
Refunds are not applicable if the app is rejected by Google Play, as we do not control or influence Google Play’s decision-making process.
5. Data Privacy
We only collect the minimal information required to deliver our service, such as app details, testing instructions, and tester email lists.
